Early Learners Room

Two year olds are becoming better at communicating their thoughts through gestures and verbally. Our teachers encourage the children's language development through songs, stories, and other fun activities. We also encourage the children's social skills with their classmates through sharing, teamwork, and the beginnings of lasting friendships.

Our goals for our Early Learners class are:

- Provide monthly themes and daily lessons that provide a variety of educational programs, as well as fun, activities and experiences.

- Our learning centers promote a variety of educational growth experiences including dramatic play, manipulative, science, art, blocks, music, technology and library.

- We provide daily report to keep open lines of communication about your child's day.

- This class provides ongoing sign language experiences to enhance their already increasing communication skills.

6:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. Free Play

7:00 a.m. -8:00 a.m. Breakfast/Centers

8:00 a.m. -8:45 a.m. Potty Time/ Centers

8:45 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. clean up/ Hand washing

9:00 a.m.- 9:15 a.m.  Morning Snack

9:15 a.m. -10:30 a.m.  Morning Activity/ Centers/ Potty Time

10:30 a.m. -11:00 a.m. outside Time

11:00 a.m. -11:30 a.m. Potty Time/ Hand washing/ Circle Time

11:30 a.m. -12:00 a.m.  Lunch/ Potty Time

12:00 p.m. -2:15 p.m.  Nap Time

2:15 p.m. -2:45 p.m.  Put nap items away/ Potty Time

2:45 p.m. -3:00 p.m.  Hand washing/ Afternoon Snack

3:00 p.m. -3:45 p.m.   Afternoon Activity/ Centers ( Tuesday Science Room)

3:45 p.m.  -4:00 p.m.  Potty Time / Clean up

4:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.  Outside

4:45 p.m. -5:00 p.m.  Hand washing/ Potty Time

5:00 p.m. -5:15 p.m.  5’ O Clock Snack

5:15 p.m. -6:00 p.m.  Combine for pick-up
